It is said that the original owner Emma Foss still haunts the grounds at the Tides Beach Club. Whenever there is a new owner of the estate Emma is there to make sure they know if she likes what they are doing.
Emma’s Room was 25#. People said they have seen her in this room on multiple occasions and some guests were even tucked into their beds the next day.
Emma has also been seen rocking in a chair on the front porch.
