The Grande Colonial has an array of paranormal activity, including one of my favorites. The haunted phone calls from rooms that are unattended! The staff at the Grande Colonial have reported that they have received calls from rooms that are unattended and there is nothing but silence on the other side of the line.

There is also footsteps up and down the hallway, unattached voices, and banging sounds coming from nowhere.
